有人把婚姻的“七年之痒”迁移到工作中,总结出工作的第七年是职业倦怠的高发期。转眼间,我已过而立之年,也步入了工作“七年之痒”的高危阶段。然而,7年的班主任工作经历,非但没有使我感到厌倦,反而让我觉得对理想的追求愈发坚定,工作和生活也愈发有滋有味。这一切是基于信念、学习和反思基础上的成长,是主动自发、化蛹成蝶的过程。 Some people have moved the “seven-year itch” of marriage to work, concluding that the seventh year of work is the high incidence of job burnout.
