一、班主任应反思是否重视了自身的知识文化修养建设班主任自身文化修养是不能忽视的隐性课程,班主任的文化素质是工作职责的要求,是影响教育效能的因素之一,是重要的影响力和感召力,是班主任实施教育、劝告、说服或建议等所能引起学生做出预期反应的一种心理力量、精神力量。
