由水电三局和交通部公路科学研究所合作,用国产紧固设备,经过三年多的努力,研制成功适用于检测硬化混凝土强度的射钉新技术,最近通过技术鉴定,获得同行专家一致好评。此项研究成果表明: 1.射钉外露长度与混凝土立方体抗压强度、混凝土梁抗折强度之间存在良好的相关关系(r=0.83~0.89)。 2.在相同条件下,射钉外露长度与混凝土芯样强度之间的相关性,达到混凝土芯样抗压强与立方体抗压强度之间相关性相同的水平(r=0.85~0.86),与国外“Windsor”射钉试验的效果相同。
In cooperation with the Bureau of Highway Research of the Ministry of Transport and the Ministry of Transport, and using domestically-made fastening equipment, after more than three years of hard work, it successfully developed a new nailing technique that is suitable for detecting the strength of hardened concrete.
