采用微波消解方式,利用电感耦合等离子体发射光谱法(ICP-AES)测定谷物中B、Ba、Ca、Cu、Fe、K、Mg、Mn、Mo、Na、Ni、P、S、Sr、Zn等15种矿质元素。通过标准物质测定、重复性试验,验证方法的准确度和精密度。在试验条件下,标准曲线线性良好,相关系数均大于0.999,方法检出限为0.01~3.57 mg/kg,国家标准物质测定结果在标准值范围内,RSD%符合实验室质量控制规范要求。结果表明,该方法线性范围宽、稳定性好、准确性高,适用于快速测定谷物中K、Ca、Mg、P、S、Cu、Fe、Zn、Mn、Sr、Ba、B、Na、Ni、Mo等15种矿质元素。
The contents of B, Ba, Ca, Cu, Fe, K, Mg, Mn, Mo, Na, Ni, P, S, Sr and Zn in grains were determined by inductively coupled plasma atomic emission spectrometry (ICP-AES) 15 kinds of mineral elements. Through the standard substance determination, repeatability test, verify the accuracy and precision of the method. Under the experimental conditions, the calibration curve showed a good linearity with the correlation coefficients greater than 0.999. The detection limits were 0.01-3.57 mg / kg. The results of the national standards were within the standard values and the RSD% was in accordance with the requirements of the laboratory quality control standards. The results show that the method has the advantages of wide linear range, good stability and high accuracy. The method is suitable for the rapid determination of K, Ca, Mg, P, S, Cu, Fe, Zn, Mn, Sr, Ba, B, Na, , Mo and other 15 kinds of mineral elements.
