设计了一种无人机变前掠翼的变形机构方案.建立了该机构的数学模型,用Matlab软件对变形机构的主要参数进行了优化设计,获得了合理的机构尺寸;对于优化后的变形机构,利用Solid-works和Adams软件建立了运动学仿真模型,对机构进行了运动学仿真,获得了运动曲线,进行了运动分析.分析结果表明该机构能满足变形要求,且机翼转速均匀,运动平稳,可作为无人机变前掠翼的变形机构方案.
A scheme of deformation mechanism of UAV forward swept wing is designed.Mathematical model of this mechanism is established.Matlab software is used to optimize the main parameters of the deformation mechanism and obtain a reasonable size of the structure.For the optimized deformation mechanism , The kinematics simulation model was established by using Solid-works and Adams software, the kinematics simulation of the mechanism was carried out, the movement curve was obtained and the motion analysis was carried out.The analysis results show that the mechanism can meet the deformation requirements, and the wing speed uniform, Steady, can be used as a UAV predecessor deformation mechanism program.
