当今时代,团队工作成了许多组织用来提高绩效的手段。而在其中自我管理型团队尤其受到了各企业的青睐,被广泛地运用在组织中。但是,工作团队并不是万能的,它也是由人组成的组织。因此我们只有认真探讨有效的员工激励方式,才能真正地提高组织的绩效,实现组织的持续性发展。
In the modern age, teamwork has become a means many organizations use to improve performance. Among them, the self-management team has been favored by all enterprises, and is widely used in the organization. However, the work team is not a panacea, it is also a human organization.
