本文对50钢车轴的材料成份及热处理工艺进行了研究,由于参数选择合理,使新研制的50钢车轴的强度及塑性均优于40钢车轴。采用缺口断裂力学方法计算车轴疲劳寿命,结果表明,50钢车轴寿命比40钢车轴提高一倍以上。
In this paper, the material composition and heat treatment process of 50 steel axles are studied. Because of the reasonable parameter selection, the strength and ductility of newly developed 50 steel axles are better than that of 40 steel axles. The fatigue life of the axle was calculated by the notch fracture mechanics method. The results show that the axle life of the 50-steel axle more than doubled that of the axle of 40 steel.
