为满足在南海莺歌海盆地某气田实施5口大位移开发调整井的钻完井液需求,在距离作业平台约91Km处的三亚南山基地设计并建造了容积达800方的钻完井液综合工作站,可满足钻完井液的分区配制、存储、供应和处理等诸多工程项目需求,并按标准设计消防和防溢油配套设施,实现了工作站安全和环保地运行;同时,与湛江后勤供应基地相比,运输船舶航线缩短85%,运输至作业平台时间从原来的35小时缩短至5小时,仅船舶运输费用降低可达650余万人民币,有效地保障了海洋现场钻完井作业的顺利、高效的实施。
