以优良酿酒葡萄品种赤霞珠为对照，在杨陵气候条件下，对葡萄酒学院由瑞士引种的葡萄品种Ｇｒａｎｏｉｒ的品种特性、浆果品质及单品种酿造的葡萄酒进行了研究。结果表明，Ｇｒａｎｏｉｒ在杨陵１９９８年气候不良的条件下，其浆果品质及单品种酿造的葡萄酒优于赤霞珠。
Taking the good wine grape variety Cabernet Sauvignon as a contrast, under the Yangling climate, the grape variety Granoir introduced from Switzerland, the quality of the berry and the wine made from a single variety were studied. The results showed that Granoir was superior to Cabernet Sauvignon in terms of berry quality and wine made from a single variety under the ill climate of Yangling in 1998.
