苏联列宁格勒建筑工程学院研制出采用带活动模板的倾斜模具成型各种不同类型尺寸板材和保温块的方法。这种成型方法的原理是处于膨胀中的多孔混凝土混合物与模板倾斜面产生定向接触。由于采用了这种活动模板,便取消了切割凸头的工序,减少了板材的精修劳动量,制品成型后的静停时间缩短了33~50%,也降低了原材料用量。
The Leningrad School of Architecture and Engineering in the Soviet Union developed a method for forming various types of plates and insulating blocks using an inclined mold with a movable formwork. The principle of this molding method is that the porous concrete mixture in the expansion produces directional contact with the inclined surface of the template. Due to the use of such a movable formwork, the process of cutting the protruding head is eliminated, the amount of refined work of the plate is reduced, the static stop time after the product is molded is shortened by 33 to 50%, and the amount of raw materials is also reduced.
