哲盟地区肺结核患病率较高(全盟1979年平均患病率为1.2％),为控制原发感染、降低患病率,必须大力开展接种卡介苗。如何保持卡介苗的正常效价则是保证接种效果的重要一环,我盟沙丘地带较多,地广人稀,交通不便,冬季酷寒,夏季燥热,卡介苗运送过程中常因温度变化而降低效价。我盟几个县市皮内接种法一年阳转率:扎旗为40％、开鲁为15％、通辽市为37.9％;大大低于外地。因此急需研制一种能维持时间较长,相对衡温在2～8℃的卡介苗输送箱。以保持菌苗的正常效价,提高接种效果。
The prevalence rate of tuberculosis in the Hche region is relatively high (the average prevalence rate was 1.2% in 1979 in the alliance).
