在液压挖掘机的设计中,将回转制动角调整至合理范围之内是一项重要内容。根据液压挖掘机回转马达和回转支承参数,给出作用在回转平台上的制动力矩表达式。应用能量守恒原理,通过回转平台动能与制动力矩做功相等的关系,推导出回转制动角的表达式。实际计算某型液压挖掘机的回转制动角,结果表明,所得计算值与实际测量的差值为5°,指出该差值应为实际存在数值,其大小与液压油黏度、管路阻尼、实际机械效率及挖掘机姿态等有关。认为利用所提出的方法可以计算调整现有挖掘机的回转制动角,可为回转马达、减速器和回转支承的选型提供一定的依据。
In the design of hydraulic excavators, it is important to adjust the swing angle to within a reasonable range. According to hydraulic excavator slewing motor and slewing bearing parameters, the expression of braking torque acting on slewing platform is given. By using the principle of conservation of energy, the expression of slewing braking angle is derived from the fact that the kinetic energy of the slewing platform and the braking torque are equal. Actual calculation of a type of hydraulic excavator slewing angle, the results show that the calculated value of the difference between the actual measurement of 5 °, pointed out that the difference should be the actual value, the size of the hydraulic oil viscosity, pipeline damping, Actual mechanical efficiency and excavator attitude and so on. It is considered that the proposed method can be used to calculate and adjust the swing angle of the existing excavator, which can provide a basis for the selection of slewing motor, reducer and slewing bearing.
