通过将不同投料比的叔碳酸乙烯酯/醋酸乙烯酯(Veo Va10/VAc)聚合成Poly(Veo Va10-VAc)乳液,加入到水泥砂浆中,以提高其力学性能。采用Fourier变换红外光谱,X射线衍射以及热重分析对水泥中的VAc中酯基的水解及醋酸根基团和无机化合物之间的反应进行了表征。结果表明,随着投料比中Veo Va10的增加,聚合物中VAc单元的水解减少。聚合物中VAc单元的水解程度和聚合物乳液的成膜性对改性水泥砂浆的粘合强度、挠曲强度以及抗压强度有较大影响。Veo Va10/VAc的投料比达到20/80时可以获得最佳的力学性能
Polyvinyl acetate / vinyl acetate (Veo Va10 / VAc) with different feed ratios were polymerized into Poly (Veo Va10-VAc) emulsion and added to the cement mortar to improve their mechanical properties. Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy, X-ray diffraction and thermogravimetric analysis were used to characterize the hydrolysis of ester groups in VAc and the reaction between acetate groups and inorganic compounds. The results show that with the increase of the feed ratio Veo Va10, the hydrolysis of VAc units in the polymer decreases. The degree of hydrolysis of the VAc units in the polymer and the film-forming properties of the polymer emulsion have a significant effect on the bond strength, flexural strength and compressive strength of the modified cement mortar. Veo Va10 / VAc feed ratio reaches 20/80 to get the best mechanical properties
