氢火焰离子化检测器是液体色谱仪用的通用检测器之一,目前用得较广。这种检测器用在液体色谱仪中除检测器本身的结构外,载带装置及N_2、H_2、空气比对其特性的影响是很严重的。我们的研制工作主要就放在这两方面。根据多方面的比较分析,我们采用的是多股带螺旋丝的载带装置。从对各个部件结构的初步试验结果看,所提出的结构基本上是可行的。采用这种结构及适当的N_2、H_2、空气比,经多次试验,最小检测量可达10~(-7)~10~(-8),与国外目前的指标相近,重复性良好。这项工作只能说是可能性的初步探讨,各部件的结构尚须进一步改进。从初步试验结果看,在进一步提高性能上潜力还是很大的。
Hydrogen flame ionization detector is a common liquid chromatograph detector, currently used widely. This detector is used in the liquid chromatograph in addition to the structure of the detector itself, the carrier device and N_2, H_2, air ratio on the characteristics of its impact is very serious. Our research and development work mainly on these two aspects. According to many aspects of comparative analysis, we are using multi-strand with screw wire carrier device. From the results of preliminary tests on the structure of individual components, the proposed structure is basically feasible. With this kind of structure and proper N 2, H 2 and air ratio, the minimum detection capacity can reach 10 -7 ~ 10 -8 after many tests, which is similar to the current foreign indicators and has good repeatability. This work can only be said to be a tentative exploration of the possibilities and the structure of various components needs to be further improved. From the preliminary test results, there is still great potential in further improving the performance.
