为了提高矿用救生舱舱体的抗冲击能力,在现有角钢、槽钢及工字钢加强肋材料和质量不变的情况下,研究分析它们对救生舱侧壁抗爆性能的影响。通过三维软件对3种形式的救生舱侧壁进行建模,并用LS-DYNA进行显示动力学分析,得到不同加强肋侧壁受爆炸冲击的应力分布情况,以及危险节点、单元位移和等效应力的时间历程曲线。研究结果表明,救生舱侧壁抗冲击能力强弱依次为工字钢、槽钢及角钢。
In order to improve the impact resistance of the rescue capsule, the impact on the antiknock performance of the side wall of the rescue capsule is studied and analyzed under the condition of the same material and quality of the existing reinforcement of angle steel, channel and I-beam.
