企业文化建设要真正起到作用,必须在班组落地生根,必须让最基层的员工也能够在文化建设的道路上奋力前行。本文结合基层干部、员工的切身感受,对企业和职工在企业文化建设上如何融为一体、如何寻求同频共振的最佳切入点等关键问题进行了有益的探讨。
The building of enterprise culture should really play its role and must take root in the team and must enable the most grass-roots workers to work hard on the path of cultural development. Based on the personal experience of the grass-roots cadres and employees, this paper conducts a useful discussion on the key issues such as how to integrate the enterprise and staff in the corporate culture and how to seek the best entry point for the same-frequency resonance.
