为探讨长期施肥条件下,农田黑土土壤酶活性及其与作物产量的关系,对位于黑龙江省海伦市海伦农业生态实验站长期定位试验第18年的土壤酶活性及作物产量进行分析。结果表明,与无肥处理相比,长期施肥能提高土壤过氧化氢酶、磷酸酶、转化酶活性,其中以化肥NPK配施有机肥处理能明显提高土壤过氧化氢酶、磷酸酶、转化酶活性。土壤过氧化氢、磷酸酶、转化酶活性与作物产量显著相关,以化肥NPK配施有机肥处理显著增加作物产量。
In order to investigate the relationship between soil enzyme activity and crop yield under long-term fertilization, the soil enzyme activities and crop yields in the 18th year of long-term experiment at Helen Agricultural Heilongjiang Experimental Station in Heilongjiang Province were analyzed. The results showed that long-term fertilization could increase the activity of catalase, phosphatase and invertase in soil compared with no-fertilizer treatment. The treatment with NPK combined with organic fertilizer significantly increased the activities of catalase, phosphatase, invertase active. Soil hydrogen peroxide, phosphatase, invertase activity and crop yield were significantly related to fertilizer NPK with organic fertilizer significantly increased crop yield.
