目的研究金银花(Lonicerae Japonicaer Flos)化学成分。方法利用Diaion HP-20,Toyopearl HW-40,硅胶柱等柱色谱技术进行分离纯化,根据化合物的理化性质和光谱数据鉴定结构。结果分离并鉴定了11个化合物的结构:对羟基苯酚(Ⅰ),1,2,4-苯三酚(Ⅱ),原儿茶酸(Ⅲ),3-(3,4-二羟基苯基)丙酸(Ⅳ),4-羟基桂皮酸(Ⅴ),4-羟基桂皮酸甲酯(Ⅵ),咖啡酸甲酯(Ⅶ),芹菜素(Ⅷ),3′-甲氧基木犀草素(Ⅸ),5,3′-二甲氧基木犀草素(Ⅹ),木犀草素-5-O-β-D-葡萄糖苷(Ⅺ)。结论化合物Ⅰ~Ⅺ均为首次从该植物中分离得到。
Objective To study the chemical constituents of Lonicerae Japonicaer Flos. Methods Diaion HP-20, Toyopearl HW-40 and silica gel column were used for separation and purification. The structures of the compounds were identified by the physicochemical properties and spectral data of the compounds. Results The structures of 11 compounds were isolated and identified: p-hydroxyphenol (Ⅰ), 1,2,4-benzenetriol (Ⅱ), protocatechuic acid (Ⅲ), 3- (3,4-dihydroxyphenyl (Ⅳ), 4-hydroxycinnamic acid (Ⅴ), methyl 4-hydroxycinnamide (Ⅵ), caffeic acid methyl ester (Ⅶ), apigenin (Ⅷ), 3’-methoxy luteolin (IX), 5,3’-dimethoxy luteolin (X), luteolin-5-O-β-D-glucoside (XI). Conclusion Compounds Ⅰ ~ XI were isolated from this plant for the first time.
