本研究通过观察轧后试件表面的显微状态,用“重量法”实测变形区油膜厚度,对在各个轧制条件下,试件表面和油膜厚度的关系进行解析。此外,在轧制过程中实测轧制压力,推定变形接触面的摩擦系数。建立摩擦系数、油膜厚度与各个轧制因子之间的关系。同时与轧后试件的表面显微组织相对照,以解明在各个轧制条件下的摩擦机构及润滑状态。
In this study, by observing the microstructure of the surface after rolling, using the “gravimetric method” to measure the thickness of the oil film in the deformation zone, the relationship between the surface and the film thickness under different rolling conditions was analyzed. In addition, the rolling pressure was measured during rolling to estimate the friction coefficient of the deformed contact surface. Establish the relationship between friction coefficient, oil film thickness and each rolling factor. At the same time, the microstructure of the specimen after rolling was compared with that of the specimen to explain the friction mechanism and lubrication condition under each rolling condition.
