目的观察结肠癌患者手术前后肠道菌群的变化情况。方法收集结肠癌患者手术前后粪便标本50例,利用实时荧光定量技术检测菌属细菌、梭杆菌属、梭菌属、双歧杆菌属和丁酸盐产生菌的数量及比例变化。结果拟杆菌属、梭杆菌属、梭菌属、双歧杆菌属和丁酸盐产生菌的拷贝数量均明显下降,这说明手术对于肠道菌群有抑制作用。从各类菌所占比例变化来看,拟杆菌属、梭菌属细菌的比例变化未发生明显改变,梭杆菌属类所占比例有所上升,而双歧杆菌和丁酸盐产生菌在菌群所占比例均有所下降。结论结肠癌手术对于患者肠道菌群的结构和功能都有着显著影响。
Objective To observe the changes of intestinal flora in patients with colon cancer before and after operation. Methods 50 cases of colon cancer patients before and after the operation were collected stool specimens, the use of real-time fluorescence quantitative detection of bacteria genus, Fusobacterium, Clostridium, Bifidobacterium genus and butyrate-producing bacteria in the number and proportion of changes. Conclusion Colon cancer surgery has a significant effect on the structure and function of intestinal flora in patients.
