当前背景下,国家社会对基础教育创新能力提出了更高的目标。教育改革仅有目标和理念是不够的,课程改革的核心目标是创新精神、实践能力及终身学习的能力而不是应试能力。实现这一目标,要求在创新的教育情境下通过系统连贯性的教育活动及创新的学习方式来实现,而教育情境则是制度条件的产物。建设有益于创新能力生长的支持环境是一个系统工程。提高创新能力的前提是改进和克服一贯的知识本位教育机制中的诸多因素,建立创新精神与实践能力生长相适应的支持环境。
In the current context, the national society has set higher goals for the innovation ability of basic education. Education reform only has the goal and the idea is not enough, the core goal of the curriculum reform is the innovation spirit, the practical ability and the lifelong learning ability but not the examination ability. Achieving this goal requires systematic and coherent educational activities and innovative learning in innovative educational settings, while educational situations are the product of institutional conditions. Building a supportive environment conducive to the growth of innovative capabilities is a systematic project. The preconditions for improving innovation ability are to improve and overcome the many factors in the consistent knowledge-based education system and establish a supportive environment suitable for the growth of innovative spirit and practical ability.
