随着人力资源在企业事业单位地位的突出,对人力资源管理的关注也越高,人力资源在管理中出现了一些风险问题,本文对人力资源管理存在的问题提出相应的措施。
With the prominence of human resources in the enterprises and institutions, human resources management has become more and more concerned. There are some risks in the management of human resources. This article puts forward corresponding measures to the problems in human resources management.
