[目的]了解大豆杂交后代荚数、粒数的变异系数及其与杂交世代的关系。[方法]以59个大豆杂交组合在2003~2006年杂种圃考种所得的数据为研究对象,对其荚数、粒数的变异系数按组合和世代高低进行了统计分析。[结果]同组合不同世代荚数、粒数的变异系数随世代的升高呈递减趋势;表现较好的9922、99259、9260、005、00190、020等组合早期荚数、粒数的变异系数较大。荚数、粒数的变异系数随世代的高低变化并没有太大差异,荚数的变异系数略大于粒数的变异系数。若不计各组合的第5世代,2~7世代荚数、粒数变异系数的变异系数呈递减趋势,随着世代的增加逐步趋于零。[结论]该研究为大豆杂交后代的选拔提供了相应依据。
[Objective] The research aimed to understand the variation coefficient of pod number and grain number in the cross between soybean and its relationship with hybrid generation. [Method] With the data obtained from 59 soybean hybrid combinations in the hybrid nursery for examinations from 2003 to 2006 as the research object, the coefficient of variation of pod number and grain number were statistically analyzed according to the combination and generation. [Result] The coefficient of variation of pod number and grain number in different generations of the same combinations showed a decreasing trend with the increase of generations, and the coefficient of variation of pod numbers and kernel numbers of 9922, 99259, 9260, 005, 00190, Larger. The variation coefficient of pod number and grain number did not change much with the height of the generation. The coefficient of variation of pods was slightly larger than the coefficient of variation of grain number. Excluding the 5th generation and 2nd to 7th generations of pods in each combination, the coefficient of variation of variation coefficient of grain number showed a decreasing trend, and gradually decreased to zero with the increase of generations. [Conclusion] This study provided the basis for the selection of the hybrids of soybean.
