不少教师对于学习动力不足的学生看不顺眼,对他们做个别工作也常常是指出问题、责备,并且往往采用高压手段来严加管制。结果,他们苦口婆心地讲道理,给学生补课加班加点,学生反而不领情,不买账。其中的原因复杂,最根本的是没有真正唤起学生的良好自我概念。作为教师,我们所面临的挑战就是,如何洞悉这些缺乏学习动机的学生的心灵世界,努力探索并克服学生的消极思维、情绪和行为的方法,以激发学生固有的学习动机,恢复他们原本的健康状态。一、密切师生关系,培育动力生成的心理发展氛围常言道:“亲其师,信其道。”当学生
Many teachers find it uncomfortable for those students who lack motivation to learn. To do some work for them often points out problems and reproaches, and often uses high-handed measures to strictly control them. As a result, they reason enough to make up for students to work overtime, but students do not appreciate, do not buy it. The reason is complicated. The most fundamental reason is that there is no good self-concept that really arouses students. As teachers, the challenge we face is how to understand these students’ spiritual world without learning motivation and try their best to explore and overcome students’ negative thinking, emotion and behavior so as to stimulate students’ inherent learning motivation and restore their original health status.
