教师任职学校是教师工作、收获的主要场地,是教师育人的主要场所,也是教师本人成长发展尤其是专业发展的关键地方。在教师专业化的进程中,深化教师教育改革,包括提高高等师范教育、在职培训及其一体化、多元化改革等都是极其重要的途径和手段。但是,在以往的教师专业化发展策略中人们往往过多地注重一般意义上的教师教育的作用,而忽略了充分发挥教师任职学校的作用,影响了教师的专业发展。要真正提高教师的专业素质和专业自主水平,必须高度重视教师任职学校的作用,即要立足校本,全面推进教师专业化进程。
Teachers serving schools is the main venue for teachers’ work and gain. It is also the main place for teachers to educate people. It is also a key area for the teachers themselves to grow and develop, especially for professional development. In the process of teacher professionalization, deepening teacher education reform, including higher normal education, on-the-job training and its integration and diversification, are all extremely important ways and means. However, in the past teacher specialization development strategy, people tend to place too much emphasis on the role of teacher education in the general sense, while neglecting the role of teachers in serving schools and affecting the professional development of teachers. In order to truly improve teachers ’professional qualities and professional autonomy, we must attach great importance to the role of teachers in serving schools, that is, we must base ourselves on school-based teachers and comprehensively promote the process of teachers’ specialization.
