文化内涵的赋予提高了旅游资源的吸引力,尤其是现代旅游产业发展中,消费者(游客)更注重个性化体验,多元文化资源开发已经成为必然需求。“饮食文化”与旅游产业具有强烈的伴生性,它具有高度的区域和民族传统文化特色,也是旅游活动中获得美好体验的途径之一。本文中笔者结合川渝少数民族饮食文化展开研究,通过对资源开发现状、存在问题的分析,进一步提出有效的开发措施。
The connotation of cultural connotation enhances the attractiveness of tourism resources. Especially in the development of modern tourism industry, consumers (tourists) pay more attention to individual experience and the development of multicultural resources has become an inevitable demand. “Culinary Culture ” has a strong companionship with tourism industry. It has a high degree of regional and ethnic traditional culture and is also one of the ways to get a better experience in tourism activities. In this paper, the author combined with Sichuan and Chongqing ethnic minority food culture research, through the status quo of resource development, existing problems analysis, and further proposed effective development measures.
