随着社会分工的复杂化和企业管理的多元化,大多数的企业在招聘新员工时除了看应聘的学历和技术能力外,更多的是考虑未来的员工是否能够适应企业文化,在企业中获得发展的同时也促进企业的发展。我国的职业教育在20世纪90年代已提出了以能力为本位的职教理念,且这一职业教育理念已深入人心。因此,在职业教育中使学生将来能更好更快地适应并胜任工作,就必须让学生获得一种非常有价值的、与人的素质有关的能力——关键能力。
