变量施肥技术是精准农业的重要组成部分,本文进行了变量施肥播种机变量控制系统的硬件结构设计。使用U34-0.75型脉动式机械无级变速器作为变量系统的主工作部件,并将其改装成电控无级变速器。对变量控制器进行了设计,采用了闭环控制方案和双路H桥直流电机驱动模块,使用AT89C52单片机为主控芯片。对研制的变量控制器和改装的两个电控无级变速器进行了测试。经田间试验表明此系统具有结构简单、工作可靠、成本低、易使用的特点。
Variable fertilization technology is an important part of precision agriculture. In this paper, we carried out the hardware structure design of variable-volume control system of variable-fertilization seeder. U34-0.75 type pulsation type mechanical continuously variable transmission is adopted as the main working part of the variable system and converted into an electrically controlled continuously variable transmission. The variable controller was designed using a closed-loop control scheme and dual H-bridge DC motor drive module, the use of AT89C52 microcontroller as the main control chip. The developed variable controller and the modified two electronically controlled CVTs were tested. The field test shows that the system has the characteristics of simple structure, reliable work, low cost and easy to use.
