采用在遮雨网室盆栽和不同施氮处理对1107份水稻种质资源不同生长时期的苗高、分蘖数和干物重等性状进行了研究。结果表明:最高分蘖期相对干物重与不同时期相对苗高和相对分蘖数呈极显著正相关。不同时期相对苗高与相对分蘖数之间亦呈显著或极显著正相关。相对分蘖数、相对苗高和相对干物重在水稻种质资源中存在较大的变异,分蘖数可作为氮高效资源筛选的形态指标。通过比较5个时期苗高和分蘖数的相对生长量及最高分蘖期干物重的相对含量共11个指标,初步筛选出14份氮高效资源。
The seedling height, tiller number and dry weight of 1107 rice germplasm resources in different growth stages were studied in the shelter and different N treatments. The results showed that the relative dry weight at the highest tillering stage was significantly and positively correlated with relative seedling height and tillering number at different stages. There was a significant or very significant positive correlation between relative seedling height and relative tillering number in different periods. Relative tillering number, relative seedling height and relative dry weight have great variation in rice germplasm resources, and tillering number can be used as a morphological index for screening nitrogen efficient resources. By comparing the relative growth of seedling height and tillering number and the relative content of dry matter weight at the highest tillering stage in five periods, a total of 14 nitrogen efficient resources were screened out.
