目的:探讨“以问题为中心(PBL)”教学法在临床药师师资培训中的应用效果。方法:介绍PBL教学法在师资培训中的具体实施内容、流程与组织方法。结果:经过科学的成绩分析,结果显示学员培训前和培训后相比理论考试成绩平均提高30分,临床实践成绩平均在85分以上。充分体现了出培训班教学效果显著,教学方案设计合理。结论:PBL教学法在临床药师师资培训中的首次应用受到大家的一致好评。认为该方法不但提高了学习的目的性与趣味性,还能让学员有针对性地去探索并运用理论知识,以提高分析和解决问题的能力,更能更加系统牢固的掌握理论知识并与临床需求紧密结合,值得推广。
Objective: To explore the application effect of “PBL” teaching method in clinical pharmacist teachers training. Methods: Introduce the specific implementation content, process and organization method of PBL teaching method in teacher training. Results: After scientific analysis of results, the results showed that the average scores of theoretical examinations before and after training increased by 30 points and the average clinical practice scores were above 85 points. Fully reflects the teaching effect of a significant training program, teaching design is reasonable. Conclusion: The first application of PBL teaching method in clinical pharmacist teacher training has been well received by everyone. This method not only improves the purpose and interest of learning, but also enables students to explore and apply the theoretical knowledge in a targeted manner so as to improve the ability of analyzing and solving problems, to systematically and firmly master the theoretical knowledge and to cooperate with clinical Need for close integration, it is worth promoting.
