课程化的园本教研,主要是围绕来自于幼儿园的实践问题或课题,进行系列化的简短课程设计,并展开参与式、推进式、螺旋上升式的研讨。有明确的教研目标,有基于教师共同需求的可系列化研究的实践问题,有“螺旋式上升”的问题解决与推进机制,是课程化园本教研的主要特征。课程化的园本教研,能发挥一线教师参与教研活动的积极性与主动性,让他们从中获得发现、提出问题与自觉分析、研究、解决问题的能力,完善、优化教师的教科研能力,从而提高教研品质,促进教师专业成长。
