在劳动工资改革中,我国黄金行业从实际出发实行“每克黄金工资含量包干办法”,是一个创造性的改革,几年来的实践证明:该办法符合黄金行业的特点,消除了工资分配制度上“吃大锅饭”的弊端,有力地促进了生产的发展,取得了较好的经济效果;但是也存在着一些不完善和急需解决的新问题,我们选登这篇文章供读者参考,并在深化改革中共同探讨,加快劳动工资制度改革的进程。
In the reform of labor and wages, the practice of the “golden rule of wages and wages per gram of gold” in our country’s gold industry is a creative reform.
