欧洲医学研究委员会(EMRC)建于七十年代初,其人类生育咨询小组是1978年建立的专业机构。该小组认为:在人类生育研究方面,应把男性生育控制放在优先地位,并建立相应的专业研究机构。在1980年10月13～14日在波恩召开了“男性生育控制的化学方法”专家会议。现将内容概括如下。一、世界卫生组织(WHO)有关人类生殖研究、发展和人员培训的专门计划WHO通过“男性生育调节方法特别工作组”8年来进行了有关抑素(Inhibin)
The European Medical Research Council (EMRC) was established in the early 1970s and its Human Reproductive Advisory Group was established in 1978 as a professional body. The group believes that in the field of human reproduction research, male birth control should be given top priority and corresponding professional research institutes should be established. An Expert Meeting on “Chemical Methods for Male Fertility Control” was held in Bonn from 13 to 14 October 1980. Now summarized as follows. First, the World Health Organization (WHO) on human reproductive research, development and training of personnel specialized programs WHO adopted the “male fertility regulation method special task force” for eight years on the inhibition (Inhibin)
