本文采用X射线衍射、金相显微镜、扫描电镜、能谱仪和EBSD等技术对纤维涂层法制备的SiCf/Ti-6Al-4V复合材料的微观组织的形成进行了研究,发现纤维涂层法制备的SiCf/Ti-6Al-4V复合材料存在一定的界面反应,其基体钛合金的组织非常细小,在靠近SiC纤维处,基体钛合金基本上由等轴α组成,离纤维较远处的钛合金的组织为等轴α、条状的β转变组织和一些未转变的β相小颗粒。SiCf/Ti-6Al-4V复合材料的微观组织的形成与高温热压成形过程中的元素扩散和应力分布有关。
In this paper, the microstructure of SiCf / Ti-6Al-4V composite prepared by fiber coating method was studied by X-ray diffraction, metallographic microscope, scanning electron microscopy, energy dispersive spectroscopy and EBSD. The prepared SiCf / Ti-6Al-4V composites have some interfacial reaction, the microstructure of the matrix titanium alloy is very small. Near the SiC fiber, the matrix titanium alloy basically consists of an equiaxed α, the titanium far away from the fiber The microstructure of the alloy is equiaxed α, strip-like β-transformation and some un-transformed β-phase small particles. The microstructure of SiCf / Ti-6Al-4V composites is related to the elemental diffusion and stress distribution in high temperature hot forming.
