Research learning (called topic research and project curriculum in foreign countries) is a new curriculum model that the international society has recognized and implemented in the face of the challenge of the knowledge economy since the 1980s. In order to fully implement quality education, cultivate students’ innovative spirit and practical ability, and change students’ learning methods and teachers’ teaching methods, the Ministry of Education has added research learning in the “Full-time Ordinary Senior High School Curriculum Plan (Revised Draft)”. The comprehensive practical activities in this school will regard research learning as a required course for all ordinary high school students. However, since the establishment of research courses is a new life, many people do not know exactly what it is. Some people think that it has nothing to do with the exam. There is no need to open it. Some people say that it is not easy to have a new textbook, and that there is time and energy. Some people say that it is open.
