以暖通空调用13Cr钢管为研究对象,研究了在不同温度、CO2分压和Cl-浓度下钢管的腐蚀行为,并分析了其腐蚀机理。结果表明,在温度为180℃、CO2分压为3 MPa以及Cl-浓度为100000mg/L时,钢管的腐蚀速率达到最大0.08mm/a,仍保持着良好的耐腐蚀性;Cr元素主要以Cr2O3形式存在于表面钝化膜中,在表面富集后可有效降低腐蚀速率。
Taking 13Cr steel tube for HVAC as the research object, the corrosion behavior of steel tube under different temperatures, CO2 partial pressure and Cl- concentration was studied and its corrosion mechanism was analyzed. The results showed that the corrosion rate of the steel pipe reached the maximum of 0.08mm / a at the temperature of 180 ℃, the partial pressure of CO2 of 3 MPa and the Cl- concentration of 100000mg / L, and still maintained good corrosion resistance. The Cr element was mainly Cr2O3 Form exists in the surface passivation film, the surface enrichment can effectively reduce the corrosion rate.
