目的 :为了探讨钉螺孳生地微环境理化因素对钉螺分布的影响。方法 :采用美国拉莫特 (L AMTTE)公司出品的土壤分析试剂盒在西昌安宁河流域血吸虫病流行区随机采样调查。结果 :有螺环境土壤中的可溶性盐、亚硝酸盐氮、硫和水体中磷的含量明显高于无螺环境。 Bayes逐步判别分析显示 ,有 11种因素与有无钉螺孳生相关。逐步回归分析显示 ,钉螺密度涉及 5种因素。结论 :本研究初步揭示了局部微环境理化因素与钉螺生存的关系 ,为消灭钉螺提供了新的理论依据。作者认为进一步与流行区相邻 (或环境气候相似 )的非流行区进行比较研究 ,将更具代表性。
Objective: To investigate the influence of physico-chemical factors of snail breeding on Snail distribution. Methods: Randomly sampling the schistosomiasis endemic areas of Anning River Basin in Xichang by using the soil analysis kit produced by LAMTTE Corporation of USA. Results: The content of phosphorus in soluble salt, nitrite nitrogen, sulfur and water in the snail environment was significantly higher than that in the non-snail environment. Bayes step by step discriminant analysis showed that there are 11 factors associated with snail breeding. Stepwise regression analysis showed that there are five factors involved in the density of snails. Conclusion: This study reveals the relationship between physical and chemical factors of local microenvironment and survival of Oncomelania snails. It provides a new theoretical basis for the elimination of Oncomelania snail. The author considers that further comparative studies on non-endemic areas adjacent to (or similar to) the prevailing areas will be more representative.
