稀土掺杂的上转换纳米材料(UCNPs)因其优异的光学性质而备受关注。在组织穿透能力强的近红外(NIR)光激发下,上转换纳米材料能够发射高能量的可见光。长久以来,其应用均集中在检测、成像及光动力学治疗方面。近年来利用上转换纳米材料对于细胞行为进行调控的研究得到了越来越广泛的关注。采用上转换纳米材料调控细胞的行为可以克服传统可见光调控难以治疗深层组织的缺点。主要从上转换纳米材料调控细胞黏附、分化及活性三方面介绍其在调控细胞行为领域的最新研究进展。
Rare earth doped upconverting nanomaterials (UCNPs) have drawn much attention due to their excellent optical properties. Upconverting nanomaterials can emit high-energy visible light under tissue-penetrating near-infrared (NIR) light excitation. For a long time, its applications are focused on the detection, imaging and photodynamic therapy. In recent years, the use of up-conversion nano-materials for the regulation of cellular behavior has been more and more attention. The use of upconversion nanomaterials to control cell behavior can overcome the shortcomings of traditional visible light control in the treatment of deep tissues. The recent research progress in the field of regulating cell behavior is mainly introduced from the aspects of up-conversion nano-materials to regulate cell adhesion, differentiation and activity.
