各行各业对其从业人员都有适应条件的要求,尽管有的少一些、宽一些,有的多一些、严一些。准确选材可提高培训效率、降低培训成本、有利于日后工作。最近几年,由于民用航空事业的发展,空中交通管制员相对紧缺,各民航院校空管专业分配情况看好,报考此类专业的学生大大增加,因此管制员选拔日益受到重视。民航华北空管局从1993年开始在招收管制员的过程中,陆续试用过多种不同手段,意在选拔出适合从事空中交通管制工作的人才。由于工作关系,笔者参与了管制员选拔的大部分工作,在这里就如下问题谈些个人体会。
All walks of life on their practitioners have to meet the requirements of the conditions, although some less, wider, and some more and more strict. Accurate selection of materials can improve training efficiency, reduce training costs, is conducive to future work. In recent years, due to the development of civil aviation, air traffic controllers are in short supply, and the distribution of air traffic control professionals in all civil aviation institutions is optimistic. The number of students enrolled in such majors has greatly increased. Therefore, the selection of controllers has been paid more and more attention. Since 1993, CAAC North China Air Traffic Control has tried out a number of different means in recruit controllers, intended to select qualified personnel suitable for air traffic control work. Due to the working relationship, I participated in most of the work of the controller selection, here on the following questions to talk about some personal experience.
