随着现代企业对于人本管理、文化管理、思想管理的重视,企业管理者们更加重视将人力资源管理与政工工作有机结合,共同作用,推动组织实现基于人性的科学化管理。本文通过解析人力资源管理与政工工作两者的关系,提出将两者的有机结合,互相渗透,共同推进企业的科学化管理。
With the emphasis on humanistic management, cultural management and ideological management in modern enterprises, the managers of enterprises pay more attention to the organic combination of human resource management and political work, and work together to promote the organization to realize the scientific management based on humanity. By analyzing the relationship between human resource management and political work, this paper proposes that the two should be combined with each other and permeated each other to jointly promote the scientific management of enterprises.
