以往现场预制钢筋混凝土构件时,我们通常采用砖砌底模。1980年我们承担某厂18000平方米单层多跨工业厂房施工,其现场预制构件量大(仅柱子、屋架、风道梁就达1332立方米),工期要求紧,而且面临冬季施工。沿用一般砖砌底模施工方法,不但耗费大量人工和材料,而且会因砖底模的面层砂浆不能迅速达到强度而拖延工期,甚至因砖底模冻坏而无法施工。针对这种情况,我们采用薄钢板代替砖砌底模的施工方案,取得了满意的效果。
In the past, when we prefabricated reinforced concrete structures on site, we usually used brick bottom molds. In 1980, we took on the construction of a single-storey, multi-span industrial plant of 18,000 square meters in a factory. The amount of prefabricated components on the site was large (only 1,332 cubic meters of pillars, trusses, and air ducts), and the construction period was tight, and it was facing construction in winter. The use of general brick bottom mold construction methods not only consumes a large amount of labor and materials, but also delays the construction period due to the fact that the mortar of the bottom layer of the brick bottom mold can not reach the strength quickly, and even the brick bottom mold can not be used due to freezing. In view of this situation, we adopted a thin steel plate instead of a brick bottom mold and achieved satisfactory results.
