随着新课程改革的不断深化,语文教师应充分明确自己的职责与任务,当好学生学习的组织者、指导者。语文教师要善于创造主动学习的氛围,其中最常见的手段有二:第一,利用学生好奇心,创造情景吸引学生兴趣,制造主动学习的氛围;第二,因材施教,面对不同学力的学生设定适当的教学途径,强化拓展学生自主学习。激活思维,点燃智慧,激发灵感,最终实施语文课堂教学的有效性。
