目的:为查明某中学发生的一起食物性暴发疫情的病原菌。方法:采集咽拭子等标本,参照GB/T15993-1995标准进行细菌的分离、鉴定;对检出菌株参照文献方法作Emm基因分型和致热外毒素基因检测。结果:从6份病人标本中检出2株A群链球菌,检出率为33.3%,菌株的基因型为emm75,带致热外毒素基因speA、speB,不带speC。结论:根据流行病学调查、临床表现、实验室检查结果和分子生物学特征,本起食源性猩红热暴发疫情由A群链球菌所致,发生在成人中较少见,应引起我们关注。
Purpose: To identify pathogens that have occurred in a secondary school with a food-borne outbreak. Methods: Throat swab and other specimens were collected. The bacteria were isolated and identified according to the standard of GB / T15993-1995. Emm genotyping and pyrogen exotoxin gene detection were performed on the detected strains according to the reference method. Results: Two strains of Streptococcus group A were detected from 6 patient samples. The detection rate was 33.3%. The genotype of the strain was emm75, and the gene of exothermic exotoxin was speA, speB without speC. CONCLUSIONS: Based on epidemiological investigations, clinical manifestations, laboratory findings and molecular biological characteristics, this outbreak of food-borne scarlet fever is caused by group A streptococci and occurs less frequently in adults and should arouse our attention.
