双炔失碳脂是探亲避孕药,由于本品存在二个差向异构体,其避孕活性差异甚大。本文报道以氧化铝低压柱层析成功地分离了二个差向异构体,同时用红外光谱法测定差向异构体中α有效体的含量,即以炔基的碳氢(≡C-H)伸缩振动的吸收谱带作为分析谱带(α体的吸收带是3265cm~(-1),β体的吸收谱带是3308cm~(-1))找到了α体含量和分析谱带的相关性。本方法对检测有效异构体α体的含量是简便而有效的。

In this paper, two epimers were successfully separated by low pressure column chromatography on alumina. At the same time, the content of α-isomer in the epimer was determined by infrared spectroscopy, The stretching vibration absorption band found the correlation between the α content and the analysis band as the analysis band (the absorption band of α body is 3265 cm -1, the absorption band of β body is 3308 cm -1) . The method is simple and effective for detecting the content of effective body isomer α body.
