蛋白源饲料作为饲料的基础组成,对动物的生长和生产起到关键作用,蛋白的来源及比例是饲料配方研究的重要内容之一。随着世界蛋白质饲料资源紧缺和人类对动物产品质量和环境保护要求的提高,动物营养研究者和生产者面临着提高产量、改善品质和降低饲料成本、减粪便中氨氮排放的多重任务。这也是近年来动物蛋白质(氨基酸)营养研究的热点和生产者所追求的目标。我国的科研院所和相关企业围绕蛋白质(氨基酸)营养需求与利用、代谢机理、蛋白资源开发、安全性控制等方面进行了大量的研究工作,并取得了很大的进展。
As a basic composition of feed, protein source feed plays a key role in animal growth and production. The origin and proportion of protein are one of the important contents of feed formulation. With the shortage of protein feed resources in the world and the human demand for animal product quality and environmental protection, animal nutrition researchers and producers are faced with multiple tasks of increasing yield, improving quality and reducing feed costs, and reducing ammonia and nitrogen emissions from manure. This is also the focus of animal protein (amino acid) nutrition research and the goal pursued by the producers in recent years. China’s research institutes and related companies around the protein (amino acids) nutritional needs and utilization, metabolic mechanisms, protein resources development, safety control and other aspects of a large number of research work, and made great progress.
