常州是全国首批智慧旅游试点城市之一,常州旅游信息化服务与建设走在全国旅游城市前列。文章在智慧旅游和酒店信息化服务概念和相关关系诠释基础之上,构建了智慧酒店信息化服务评价指标体系;以现场走访和深度调查相结合的方法,了解常州智慧酒店信息化服务建设现状、存在问题及其原因,并找出提升智慧酒店信息化服务的解决对策。研究结果可作为其他旅游城市智慧旅游酒店、智慧景区、智慧旅行社信息化建设提供参考和借鉴。
Changzhou is one of the first batch of intelligent tourism pilot cities in China. Changzhou’s tourism information service and construction are at the forefront of the national tourism city. Based on the concept of intelligent tourism and hotel information service and the interpretation of related relation, the article constructs the evaluation index system of intelligent hotel information service. Based on the combination of on-the-spot visit and in-depth investigation, this article understands the status quo of information service construction of smart hotel in Changzhou, There are problems and their causes, and to find ways to enhance intelligence hotel information services solutions. The results of this study can be used as references for other tourist cities such as smart tourism hotels, smart scenic spots and intelligent travel agencies.
