人才是资本,而且是企业最重要的资本。人才流失会给企业带来成本损失,甚至影响企业的发展战略。如何对待人才流失己成为企业领导者尤其是人力资源管理者所面临的一个急需解决的难题。导致人才流失的原因可以说纷繁复杂,但从微观上一般可以归纳为两类,即企业因素和个人因素。人的行为是受需求所支配的。人才流失这一过程同样是受人才的需求所支配。要留住人才就必须能够满足人才需求。按照马斯洛的观点可以分为五个层次,从五个层次上加强对管理方式的改善,尽可能满足人才需求是改善企业因素从而留住人才的关键。
