女大学生是高校体育教学中所面对的一个特殊群体.进入大学后,身体发育进入青春发育后期,她们有着强烈的对美的追求和渴望,而对于参加什么样体育活动都有一定的主观针对性,又因健美操是有健身性、艺术性、娱乐性、安全性等特点,使得高校健美操尤其受女生的欢迎,本文通过对健美操练习对女大学生心理和生理素质影响的研究分析:通过经常性的健美操锻炼能提高血管、呼吸、消化等内脏器官的功能;塑造健美形体,发展身体素质。并且能和谐人际关系,缓解学校压力,增强自信等。为女大学生参加健美操锻炼提供理论依据。
