采用文献资料和访谈法等方法对云南省高校体育人力资源开发现状进行调查分析,结果显示:对人力资源开发的认知不足、对体育人力资源开发缺乏科学与合理的规划、体育人力资源配置不当、体育人力资源评价与激励机制不合理等是体育人力资源开发普遍存在的主要问题,就此,笔者提出对策。
The investigation and analysis of the status quo of the development of human resources in colleges and universities in Yunnan Province by means of literature review and interview shows that there is not enough understanding of the development of human resources and the lack of scientific and rational planning for the development of sports human resources and the inappropriate allocation of sports human resources , Sports human resources evaluation and incentive mechanism is unreasonable, which is the ubiquitous main problem in the development of sports human resources. In this connection, the author puts forward some countermeasures.
