青少年教育一直是国家扶持的重点,随着我国九年义务教育的实施与推动,更多的青少年能获得教育,同时也为合理地分配教育资源奠定了基础。由于义务教育是基础教育,其重要性不言而喻,但对于义务教育的学生而言,他们年龄小,心智不稳定,如果在学习中没有得到良好的引导,很有可能出现学习困难,影响今后的学习效率和学习能力,学困生就是常见的教学问题,如何加强学困生管理,优化教育质量,成为所有教师必须思考的问题。
